Three posts in ONE!!!

So here is the post from Labor Day. We went camping at Waveland with Eric's cousins and his aunt and uncle. We headed down Saturday afternoon---after changing a FLAT tire(thank goodness we wern't already there with a flat!). We set up camp and then all decided to head to Turkey Run State Park and did a trail. The weather was nice and a little muggy but we made it! Unfortunately, I forgot my camera so no pics from TR. When we got back, Amber started our wonderful meal. We had homemade vegetable soup and pork sandwiches. They were the bomb!! We sat around camp and talked and then fixed popcorn and smores. It was such a nice evening and we called it a night around 11 or so.

We got up bright and early the next day and Amber made bacon, scrambled eggs and toast. The food was so good and it was fun not to have to be anywhere. The guys took the kids to the playground and we sat around and talked. We decided to pack up around lunch time and head back home. It was a great time!!!Below are pics from our trip.........

Yesterday Was the first PU home game. We got season tickets again this year. We headed over to the old Smitty's parking lot where we meet, reload and take less cars. We got right in on the golf course where we tailgate and started unloading. We set up everything, ate, played some cornhole. We walked around and saw a Follett's tent set up so we bought new t-shirts. They were pretty cool. We got the kids "P's for their faces. Here we are before the game............

Here is Kennady. She was a trooper until the game was almost over. I think she had come down from her sugar high from her snow cone and she was jonked! She never fell asleep but I think if she layed there much longer, she would of!

On our way back to tailgate after the game, we came across this...............How cute is that dog!! I asked the gal if I could take his picture and she said sure! What a true fan! ha!

Today, we went to the park with Carrie and Cam. She loves swinging...............Uncle Eric looks like he is having fun, huh! ha!

She made her way to the slide and enjoyed it. She was too fast for me to get a pic of her on the slide!

We headed over to visit the animals after the playground and she could of stayed there all day long. She loved petting the animals and at one point, she asked us if she could ride them and hiked her leg over! It was so cute!!!

Look at these beautiful flowers.........I wish my yard looked like that!!!

We headed over to see the ducks and it was hilarious! There were people there feeding them and one of the ducks would steal the bread from the others and then if they got the bread and he didn't, he would like bite at them! I felt sorry for them!! MEAN DUCK!! ha! If you look at the second picture of the single duck, you can see under his feathers a bright purplish color. How pretty is that!!!

Tonight we went to my brothers for cake and ice cream for Madison's 11th birthday. Her birthday is actually on Tuesday but we got together tonight to celebrate. I will post pics from there soon, along with a funny story!
